Detwiler Fenton's Private Placement Group gives qualified investors access to a carefully screened and often proprietary range of alternative investment opportunities. Working with us directly or through your Detwiler Fenton Private Client Investment Consultant, our experienced team can offer qualified investors access to host of hand- selected alternative investments including private equity partnerships, hedge funds, and private placements.

Collectively, DFC's diverse and experienced Private Placement team has over 100 years of deal-making experience, spanning a wide array of investment types (and exits) in a diverse range of industries. Over the course of their careers our AI team have led or participated in more than 80 transactions ranging in size from $1MM to $15MM.

DFC's Private Placement team members have experience in a broad range of deal profiles, including recapitalizations, roll-ups, growth capital, and distressed asset investments. Over their careers our professionals have been involved in deals covering multiple industries, including commercial and multi-family real estate, consumer products and services, energy, technology, and entertainment.

In addition to deal-making experience, our team members bring expertise in a variety of critical functional areas from their prior careers, including corporate and securities law, executive search, executive management, investment research, investor relations, real estate acquisition and management, and enterprise sales. This depth and diversity of skill sets and functional expertise serves as an invaluable asset both to DFC, and - most importantly - to our clients.
